Can I rent a bike only for a day?

The minimum rate for our rentals is one week. However, you are able to return the bike within the one-week period.

How do I know if a bike is available?

Once you complete a reservation request, one of our customer service reps will reach out to let you know whether the selections are available for the selected date. We typically let you know within the same day.

Do you have multiple quantities of the same bike?

Depending on the type of bike we may have multiple quantities. Please reach out to let us know the ones you are interested in and we can check whether we have multiple quantities.

Would I be able to request customizations?

Yes, we can further customize the bikes based on your needs. There may be an extra fee for customizations; however, we can let you know if that is the case once you reach out to us depending on the request.

Do you have other bikes that are currently not listed?

Yes, we have many other bikes that are available. Please reach out and we can see whether we can help.

What is the weight limit on the lowrider bikes?

The weight limit for the lowrider bikes is 200lbs.

When is the security deposit returned?

Security deposit refunds are typically issued immediately once the bikes are returned; however, it may take 3-7 business days to post on your credit card statement.

Is the security deposit per rental or per bike?

The security deposit is $500 per bike and is used to cover the bike if it is lost or damaged.
